My Nana Agnes lived in Salford with my late Grandad Tom.
Although I was only young when Nana passed, I do remember she was quite poorly and suffered for a while with Alzheimers Disease.
Nana had 5 children, Ken,Sam, my dad Frank, Barbara and Jeff.
Nana was born on 29th May 1930 and died 31 January 1997.
I hope wherever Nana is, she is now free of pain and suffering and that she is happy and safe!
1 day when we are reunited I hope we can build up the relationship we never had the chance to have in life xx
